What You’ll Be Part Of
You’ll be joining an industrial team supporting critical manufacturing and infrastructure operations, where safety, precision, and quality workmanship are essential. You’ll work alongside skilled tradespeople, engineers, and supervisors in an environment that values accountability, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

Why This Role Matters
As a Pipe Fitter, you’ll play an important role in building, maintaining, and repairing piping systems that support water, chemical, waste, and other industrial applications. This is hands-on skilled-trade work for someone who takes pride in accurate installations, strong attention to detail, and maintaining safe, reliable systems.

What You’ll Do
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, piping diagrams, and technical drawings
• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair plastic piping systems, including PVC, CPVC, HDPE, and other thermoplastics
• Cut, shape, and assemble pipes and fittings using appropriate hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and joining methods
• Install piping systems for water, chemical, waste, and other industrial applications
• Inspect piping systems for leaks, alignment issues, defects, and proper installation
• Make necessary adjustments, repairs, or modifications to ensure system integrity
• Perform preventive maintenance on existing piping systems
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project requirements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job progress
• Follow applicable safety procedures, industry standards, and building codes
• Maintain tools and equipment and use PPE consistently to support a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in pipefitting preferred
• Proven hands-on experience working with plastic piping systems such as PVC, CPVC, or HDPE
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pipe-fitting equipment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial or construction environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
• OSHA safety certification preferred
• NCCER or equivalent pipefitting certification is a plus

Physical Requirements
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Working in confined spaces and areas with limited access
• Working at heights when required
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials or equipment
• Exposure to chemicals, wet conditions, and varying work environments
• Ability to safely handle and maneuver piping materials and equipment
• Overtime, weekends, or shift work may be required based on project needs
• Travel to different job sites may occasionally be required
