At Court 16, we provide a unique and holistic tennis and pickleball experience for players of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to foster sportsmanship, discipline, and inclusivity while delivering programs that make tennis and pickleball fun, accessible, and rewarding. All coaches follow a shared technical framework and progression model, ensuring consistent, high-quality instruction for every player. Our programs help players grow both as athletes and as people, developing confidence, teamwork, and resilience on and off the court. We're excited to open our brand new location at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, New York and are actively seeking full-time Tennis & Pickleball Coaches to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering fun, high-quality instruction to players of all ages, while also bringing enthusiasm, structure, and consistency to the courts. You'll work with players of all ages and abilities helping guide young beginners, challenge developing players, and support adult athletes.

We're looking for full-time Tennis & Pickleball Coaches who bring energy, expertise, and a love of teaching. You'll deliver high-quality lessons for players of all ages and levels—from young beginners to competitive youth and adult athletes—while fostering confidence, skill development, and a love for the game. You'll also support our growing pickleball programs, applying the same high standards and engaging coaching style as our other locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead private lessons and group classes with structured, engaging lesson plans.
• Motivate and challenge players, providing personalized feedback and progress reports.
• Submit player progress evaluations and goal-setting recommendations.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and events, supporting a culture of teamwork.
• Maintain court readiness, equipment setup, and follow company safety and inclusion policies.
• Model sportsmanship, discipline, and inclusion on and off the court.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years coaching tennis (youth & adults preferred).
• Strong tennis fundamentals, modern coaching techniques, and a positive, motivating communication style.
• Availability on weekends and holidays (year-round programs).
• Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of pickleball, relevant coaching certifications, and ideally NTRP 3.5, UTR 4.0–5.0, DUPR 4.0 playing level.
