ERP Project Manager (SAP)We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager (SAP) to lead the delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise ERP systems across multiple sites. This role is responsible for managing ERP-related projects, leading teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of ERP solutions.This is a hands-on project management role with a strong focus on people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and SAP ERP delivery in a manufacturing environment.This is an on-site position. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ERP project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)Manage and mentor project teams, including direct reports and cross-functional resourcesPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutionsOversee SAP ERP systems (ECC and/or S/4HANA) including configuration, enhancements, integrations, and production supportDrive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesManage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationMonitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and financial performanceEnsure compliance with IT governance, internal controls, and best practicesCoordinate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teamsSupport strategic planning, budgeting (CapEx/OpEx), and leadership reportingPromote a collaborative, high-performance team environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of people management experience, leading teams in a multi-site environmentStrong experience in project management and ERP delivery (SAP)Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations and supportExperience working in a manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of ERP configuration, data structures, and system integrationsProven experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources across projectsStrong knowledge of full lifecycle ERP implementationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, QM, PM, FI/COFamiliarity with custom ERP enhancements (user exits, custom programs)Experience with Power BI or other BI toolsWinshuttle experience (nice to have)Certifications (Preferred)PMP (Project Management Professional)ITIL FoundationCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACPSAP or other ERP platform certificationsCertified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM)Skills & AttributesStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesHighly organized with strong project planning and execution skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented, adaptable, and results-drivenKDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
