Bilingual (English/Cantonese) Digital Literacy Instructor San Francisco, California

digitalLIFT seeks contract instructors (up to 20 hours a week, pay rate $30 per hour) to provide basic digital literacy training and tech support to older adults in person in San Francisco, California. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Deliver Digital Literacy Training Provide digital literacy training to adults in-person at partner sites in San Francisco, California and remotely if needed Follow an established curriculum to provide 1-on-1 or group training to help adults develop skills to safely and confidently use technology Adjust curriculum to address identified needs within a student cohort 2. Community Outreach Support and Public Relations Act as digitalLIFT representative and liaison within digitalLIFT learner communities Survey community members to understand needs, interest and availability to participate in the program Communicate class schedule and send reminders to assure participants attendance Contribute content to the digitalLIFT website and monthly e-newsletter 3. Service Delivery Coordination Perform site visits at partner locations to ensure proper class set‑ups Configure devices based on set‑up guidelines Prepare training materials and documents for trainers and learners Ensure compliance with project requirements Address issues or elevate to Program Manager 4.
