Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: 4045 E Bell Road Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85032
Incentives: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time, Mon - Fri (3 evenings until 6 pm); occasional Saturday (8 am - 12 pm)
Compensation: Hourly, $26.00 - $35.00/hr, commensurate with experience PLUS $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Join our team in a dynamic outpatient setting serving Paradise Valley Unified School District and Scottsdale Christian Academy, where you'll play a key role in supporting student-athletes through sports physicals, community engagement, and evidence-based care.
Join our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient orthopedic center and be part of a respected clinical team delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
CPR certification
