Job Details Job Location: Taco Bell 705 York Rd., Kings Mountain, NC 28086 | 20568 - Kings Mountain, NC 28086 As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive‑thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You’ll be the go‑to person during the shift – the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed. Team Trainers are motivated, team‑oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service. Responsibilities Cross‑train current employees, lead new product or procedure training, and coach. Oversee team members when the manager is not present. Ensure customer satisfaction. Guide and grow the team. Work with fellow team members to ensure standards are met and consistent. Conduct pre‑shift huddles or meetings. Solve scheduling. Control food cost and other cost controls. Produce productivity reports. Set up functional aisles and dining room. Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fulenwider Group
