System Analyst

This role acts as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting the development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. At the mid-professional level, the analyst independently analyzes business needs and translates them into system requirements. This role designs and documents moderately complex systems, supports implementation and testing, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Independently create workflow charts, process maps, and system documentation to assess system functionality, identify gaps, and develop business requirements.Collaborate with vendors to support system integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.Manage small-scale projects end-to-end, including identifying milestones, phases, and deliverables.Design, perform, and manage user acceptance testing Create new system protocols by writing and updating procedures and documentation.Develop materials such as user guides, process flow charts, and training content, and deliver training sessions as needed.Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant industry standards, best practices, business processes and technology used within related business areas to ensure compliance with policy, vendor contractual requirements, procedures, processes and standardsCollaborate with key partners in development and delivery of solutionsPerform other related duties as assigned.Full timePosting Date: 2026-08-04
