Job Details Job Location: THQ-Business Services - Atlanta, GA 30329 Job Category: Business Operations Job Summary The Legal Operations Coordinator provides lead administrative and workflow coordination support to the Legal Operations Manager and the broader Legal department. The position serves as the operational hub for calendars, logs, reporting, meeting coordination, oversight of check and mail workflows, and special project coordination, including TAG. Responsibilities Serve as the operational hub for calendars, logs, reporting, meeting coordination, and oversight of check and mail workflows. Coordinate special projects, including TAG. Ensure departmental processes run efficiently, deadlines are tracked, and work is distributed fairly among staff. Act as the primary backup to the Legal Operations Manager for day‑to‑day workflow administration. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D required. Associate degree in legal administration, paralegal studies, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative, legal assistant, paralegal, or operations experience in an in‑house legal department, law firm, or nonprofit/corporate legal environment.
