Mobile Fleet Technician
Push & Pull Auto Body is expanding and actively hiring a Mobile Fleet Technician to perform on-site repairs for commercial trucks and trailers. This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay, uncapped overtime, and a monthly repair commission plan that rewards productivity and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities include performing mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial fleet trucks and trailers; servicing trailer components including brakes, suspension, landing gear, air lines, electrical systems, and light body repair; diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, emissions systems, cooling systems, exhaust, DEF systems, and drivetrain components; conducting preventive maintenance and ensuring DOT and safety compliance; communicating clearly and professionally with customers on-site; operating and maintaining a fully equipped mobile service truck; accurately documenting services performed using mobile or written logs; and maintaining high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety.
Qualifications include four or more years of diesel and or trailer repair experience; strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems including brakes, suspension, lighting, air systems, and electrical; ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs in the field; strong customer service skills and clear communication; valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus; self-motivated and able to manage daily workload independently.
