Responsibilities: Provide in-home care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping Encourage and support clients in their daily routines, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally sensitive and person-centered care Requirements: 0+ years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, or a related field Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable) Ability to pass a background check and TB test About Modani Care: At Modani Care, we are committed to providing Home Care Services You Can Trust.
