Location: Estia Taverna – Marlton, NJ
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)About the Role

Estia Taverna is looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager and the management team to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure that exceptional service standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day restaurant operations

• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff

• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Help manage staffing, scheduling, and shift execution

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

• Support training and development of new team members

• Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are met

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred

• Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
