The Southern Travel Plaza is seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight : Manage the daily operations of the travel plaza, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Staff Management : Supervise and lead staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.
- Financial Management : Oversee revenue generation and control costs, focusing on maximizing profitability.
- Marketing & Events : Develop and implement marketing strategies and coordinate special events to attract customers.
