Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist $680+ WEEKLY

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and members of the public in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate department or individual
  • Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with general inquiries
  • Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk area
  • Assist office staff with daily operational needs


Key Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 1 year of Front Desk or Receptionist experience in a staffing environment or other fast-paced setting
  • Must be comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
  • Previous experience working directly with the public
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong telephone and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and dependable attendance


Shifts:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8AM-5PM
  • Must be flexable to work weekends as needed

Duration:
  • Temp-Hire

  • Responsabilidades del Puesto:
    • Recibir y asistir a visitantes y al público de manera profesional y cordial
    • Contestar y manejar un alto volumen de llamadas telefónicas entrantes
    • Dirigir llamadas y visitantes al departamento o persona correspondiente
    • Comunicarse eficazmente con clientes que hablan inglés y español
    • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y ayudar con consultas generales
    • Realizar entrada de datos y otras tareas administrativas según sea necesario
    • Mantener un área de recepción profesional y organizada
    • Apoyar al personal de oficina con las necesidades operativas diarias

  • Requisitos Principales:

    • Debe ser bilingüe en inglés y español
    • Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia como recepcionista o en recepción, preferiblemente en un ambiente de reclutamiento de personal (staffing) u otro entorno de trabajo acelerado
    • Debe sentirse cómodo manejando un alto volumen de llamadas telefónicas
    • Experiencia previa trabajando directamente con el público
    • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y comunicación
    • Conocimientos y habilidades en el uso de computadoras
    • Fuertes habilidades telefónicas y de comunicación
    • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar eficientemente en un ambiente de ritmo acelerado
    • Actitud profesional y asistencia confiable

  • Horario:

    • Lunes a Viernes
    • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Debe tener flexibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana según sea necesario

  • Duración:

    • Temporal con posibilidad de contratación permanente
