Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active New Hampshire SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing SLP services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required. Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, cognitive-communication disorders, and documentation in electronic health records is required. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel SLP experience preferred. Experience with restorative care programs and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred. Impacting Patient Care Provide skilled SLP services to support functional communication and safe swallowing for residents in a skilled nursing environment. Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and document progress to improve patient outcomes. Maintain professional standards and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
