Pharmacist

Pharmacist (Part-Time / PRN)

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure the safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of medications. This role is responsible for reviewing and verifying prescriptions, providing medication counseling, monitoring drug therapies, supervising pharmacy staff, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, including DEA requirements.

The Pharmacist will also support inventory management, collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy leadership, and help maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.

• Completion of an approved emergency contraception training course upon hire.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication therapy management, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• 340B experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

Part-Time + PRN Coverage

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (required)

• Plus one additional day:

• Tuesday or Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Additional PRN shifts are available to cover planned vacations and absences, with advance notice typically provided several months in advance (minimum two weeks).

The ideal candidate is a patient-focused pharmacist who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ringgold, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
