Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Comprehend and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders, both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area. Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product. Work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. Stand in temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Adapt to sudden changes in temperature both indoors and outdoors. Work around food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust. Operate in cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Handle hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher. Work around sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Handle adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.

TEMPERAMENTS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including but not limited to the following Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position; 36–48‑inch high work surfaces. Walking: Short distances and short durations; travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer location. Sitting: Complete paperwork in an office at a desk or table. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more; unload cases weighing up to 50 pounds, dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'; stack onto shelves up to 72 high. Carrying: Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (≈30 lb), trays of dough (≈12 lb each) carried over short distances; carry pizzas and beverages during delivery. Pushing: Move trays on dollies; push ~30 trays requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force; trays may also be pulled. Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance; may navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery. Hand Tasks: Continuous use of hands; eye‑hand coordination essential; shape pizza dough, use pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assemble cardboard pizza boxes; grasp cans, phones, pizza cutters, and peel. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids: Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peel.
