Job Title: Production Associate - 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Production Associate on the 2nd shift, working from 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday. During the first week, orientation will be conducted on the day shift. The ideal candidate will possess experience in electronic manufacturing, such as through-hole or surface mount soldering, and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. A positive attitude is crucial, as training will be provided for all technical skills. Flexibility to assist in various departments is also essential.
Responsibilities
- Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
- Perform routine tasks with close supervision and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Engage in testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging duties.
- Assemble components, ensuring compliance with production standards and goals.
- Lift no more than 10-15 lbs during light industrial/general assembly tasks.
- Experience in electronic assembly and soldering.
- Basic computer skills including navigation, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and work with blueprints.
- Proficient with hand tools.
- Positive attitude and flexibility.
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- One or more years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to take on additional tasks.

Work Environment
The role is set in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Employees have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, with standing required at times. Training will be conducted during the first week on the day shift, with work continuing on the swing shift from Monday to Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
