In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:


Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience


• Experience in coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) execution, ensuring alignment across multiple Scrum teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or similar reporting/tracking tools.
• Drive program-level planning and execution, ensuring delivery alignment with business priorities and timelines.
• Act as coach, guiding teams on SAFe/Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and high-performing team culture.
• Manage and track program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution and smooth delivery.


Preferred Skill and Experience


• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners, Architects, and Business stakeholders for roadmap alignment and execution.
• Monitor and report ART metrics (velocity, program predictability, PI objectives, KPIs) to improve delivery performance.
• Ensure effective cross-team coordination and communication across distributed and global teams.
• Drive release planning and execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and minimal production impact.
• Strong understanding of SAFe framework, Agile methodologies, and large-scale enterprise delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams, complex programs, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.


Additional Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
