Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks•At least 7 years experience of Core Java, J2EE applications• At least 7 years experience in Websphere (WAS) configuration commands (performance tuning related)• At least 7 years experience in Performance Tuning of Complex web applications, Service Oriented Architecture (especially SOAP Web Services),• At least 7 years expereience in RDBMS and SQL tuning, JVM Heap/memory, Thread Dump, Network latency analysis• URL profiling using F12 (browser debugger) tools• At least 7 years experience in doing deep dive analysis of Code and Configuration to identify tuning opportunities, propose and code solutions (expertise in APM tools like dynaTrace will be an added advantage)• Team player who can work with diverse stakeholders (like business owners/ITS) groups and independently with less supervision and directionQualificationsQualifications Basic•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
