Prep Cook
Prep Cooks are crucial to the success of our restaurants. In each of our properties, our chefs are committed to a farm to table philosophy: utilization of the finest local ingredients while building lasting relationships within the community. We strive for professionally-minded individuals willing to collaborate to provide an exceptional guest experience. There are tremendous learning opportunities available.
If you are known to be positive, warm, and hospitable and are working in the BOH in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! If you have a great attitude, "show up and be your best self" and are up to the challenge, we want to hear from you too! We will train you! You need to be willing to learn. Pay starts at $17-$20 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements
What we need:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a full-service kitchen, preferable prep experience
- Desire to grow a culinary career
- Good knife skills
- Effective communication skills
- Desire to be a part of a successful team
- Ability to work morning shifts 7am - 4pm
- Weekend availability
