Shift Supervisor – Autonomous Vehicle Operations Los Angeles, CA $37.00 per hour | Full-Time We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Vehicle Operators in an autonomous vehicle environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will work directly with your team to ensure operational excellence, safety, and performance standards are consistently met. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise a team of Vehicle Operators (VOs) Ensure daily operations meet safety and performance standards Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management Support scheduling, shift coordination, and reporting Act as a player‑coach by working alongside your team Collaborate with leadership to meet operational goals Serve as a point of contact for contractors and team members Support vehicle testing operations in and out of vehicles Requirements 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator experience Active AVT permit required Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Proven ability to work in a team‑driven environment Clean driving record Preferred Experience Background in AV, fleet operations, or technical environments Experience as a lead, trainer, or instructor Schedule Options Wednesday to Sunday: 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM Friday to Tuesday: 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM #J-18808-Ljbffr
