Overview UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion in Aurora, CO offers a full‑time Night Shift Registered Nurse position in the Mother‑Baby Unit AIP. The role requires 72 hours per bi‑weekly pay period and is onsite with no hybrid or remote option. Pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour based on experience. Night Shift RNs receive an additional $1,600 quarterly incentive. Responsibilities Provides top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Models proficiency through precepting new staff. Welcomes new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved nursing program (if less than 3 years experience) and holds state licensure as a Registered Nurse. Relevant certification as determined at the position level. Minimum 6 months of RN experience. BLS or CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) with a valid card at hire, maintained for at least 60 days. Additional Clinical Competencies Experience in Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU units. Knowledge of AWHONN and AACN practice standards including RNC‑OB, C‑EFM, NRP and CCRN. Support from Clinical Educators to guide individualized specialty education during orientation.
