Job Title: Order Picker (High Reach Equipment)
Location: Greer, SC
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Greer, SC. This role requires operating high-reach order picking equipment (20-25 feet) and handling daily warehouse functions including picking, packing, staging, and shipping orders. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and have prior experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate an order picker at heights up to 20-25 feet
Accurately pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders
Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to track products
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Inspect and verify orders for accuracy before shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a distribution center, fulfillment, or logistics environment
Previous experience operating order pickers, forklifts, cherry pickers , or similar equipment
Comfortable working at heights (REQUIRED)
Experience using RF scanners, tablets, or inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
