Your Role as a Store Manager Lead the customer experience: manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great, customized hair and beauty solution. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring safety, security, and policy compliance. Maintain a high standard of store appearance and readiness. Requirements Qualifications to be a Store Manager: At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Passion for all things hair and beauty. Legal Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. The role may involve exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional irritant chemicals. Additional Information Starting wage: $16/hour, depending on experience.
