AMS & Inspire Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is an excellentopportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.


As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in improving quality of life by developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with an experienced healthcare team, and guiding patients through every step of their rehabilitation journey.
Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Establish realistic treatment goals and regularly assess patient progress.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises, safety, and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations, as well as professional standards of practice.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Foster a positive, compassionate, and encouraging environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
