Cyber Operations & Intelligence Analyst- Stakeholder Engagement (TS Cleared)

Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a Cyber Operations & Intelligence Analyst – Stakeholder Engagement (TS Cleared) to work in Arlington, VA. ECS supports the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC), a flagship initiative that unites government, industry, and the intelligence community to proactively defend against cyber threats. The analyst will support the JCDC Liaison Office, advancing cyber defense collaboration across internal stakeholders such as CISA Vulnerability Management and Threat Hunt, as well as external stakeholders, including the intelligence community. The role blends technical cybersecurity program support with project management and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities Analyze cyber threat intelligence and related reporting to assess relevance, credibility, and potential operational impact. Provide contextual insights that support cyber coordination activities. Support information sharing, collaboration, and development of recommendations to assist stakeholders with solutions for active and ongoing cyber vulnerabilities. Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, translation, and synthesis to inform project decision‑points, reporting, and recommendations. Participate in operational duties, coordination activities, and briefings as required including preparing action‑oriented meeting materials, cyber advisories, and executive level briefings. Perform project management tasks, including developing requirements and artifacts (e.g., workflows, use cases), scheduling, maintaining action items, and updating documentation. Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies with current processes, communication methods, and documentation. Facilitate stakeholder interactions and engagement activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate and align related workstreams. Stay current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends to improve coordination. Required Skills US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD). Active TS security clearance and SCI eligibility. Experience working in a SCIF. On‑site in a classified setting 5 days per week in Arlington, VA. 5+ years of experience in threat analysis, cybersecurity, incident response, or a similar role. 3+ years of experience working in the intelligence community. Working knowledge of current cyber threats/exploits, attack methodology, and detection techniques using a wide variety of security products. Ability to interpret complex technical cybersecurity topics and effectively communicate or present information to various groups of stakeholders. Experience in project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and/or communications. Experience delivering executive level briefings. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working in collaborative, multi‑stakeholder, and matrixed environments. Skilled at working in a highly collaborative, classified environment where accuracy, clarity, and coordination are essential. Desired Skills Familiarity with the .gov Cyber Mission space and legal constraints applicable to civilian Government Agencies (e.g., FISMA). Field‑related certifications such as CySA+, PMP, CRISC, CISSP, GSOAGIAC. Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK or similar frameworks. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications. Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field. Federal Consulting Experience in a fast‑paced matrixed environment. Ability to coordinate multiple project efforts with competing priorities.
