Position Overview

Job Title: Inside/Outside Sales Account Executive

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office & In-Field 

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

We are looking for a motivated, self-starting Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients in the field, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing accurate estimates for both industrial and residential duct cleaning services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Prospect and generate new leads to grow the customer base.
• Perform on-site field visits to assess and estimate duct cleaning projects for industrial and residential clients.
• Prepare and present accurate, detailed estimates to clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project handoffs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• No two days are the same! As an Estimator with LCS Kleen-Aire, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment that balances in-office sales activities with exciting field opportunities to visit client sites and deliver accurate estimates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
• Experience in sales, estimating, or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable conducting outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Ability to read blueprints/prints is a plus — willingness to learn is equally valued.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Must have no fear of heights or tight spaces as field visits are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

We take care of our team! LCS Kleen-Aire offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

• Competitive Base Salary + Commission: $40,000 base salary plus 10% uncapped commission on all sales. Expected first year total compensation: $85,000 to $110,000, based on individual sales performance.
