Dental hygienist

PART-TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST POSITION

We are a boutique private practice dental office that is highly passionate and skilled and provide a fun and loving atmosphere in the dental office. We have state of the art equipment and perform a wide range of dental services from prophy cleanings to full mouth restorations. We have a great group of team members and are expanding our dental practice to include more treatment rooms and looking for a part-time registered dental hygienist to add to our ever growing dental team. We are looking for a dental hygienist who is motivated, passionate, and all around caring person. The dental hygienist should be well-organized and thorough. Also, the dental hygienist should be able to do basic administration skills such as writing detailed notes, following instructions and respecting dental office regulations.

Pay

$35~$40 per hour

Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist Brief Job/Responsibilities to include:
Welcome people, families, patients and others in the dental office
Reading chart notes and documenting patient records
Taking and reviewing medical history, radiographs, and clinical notes
Provide dental cleanings such as debridement, prophy, scale and root planning using instruments by hand or piezo equipment.
Assess and treatment plan patients with the dentist and treatment coordinators
Provide oral hygiene care instructions
Maintain a clean and friendly work environment
Schedule and confirm dental appointments
Maintain accurate patient records, photos, radiographs and clinical notes
