Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate role supports clients and advisors by executing routine administrative tasks and handling client requests. Responsibilities Assist with account openings, processing paperwork, and ensuring CRM data accuracy. Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including gathering forms and financial reports. Attend meetings, take notes, and provide summaries to clients and the advisory team. Process account openings, funding, deposit electronic checks, and money movements with custodians. Handle cash transfers, wires, and trade-related reporting as needed. Maintain ongoing quality control of CRM data. Organize advisory team meetings and events. Receive client calls and resolve questions or issues. Execute client appreciation and retention activities. Develop knowledge of investment accounts, products, and required transactional forms. Coordinate across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow‑ups. Required Credentials Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (preferred). At least 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred). Skills & Competencies Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team‑based, collaborative environment. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment. Adherence to all compliance policies and procedures.
