Service Area: Greater Sacramento and the Bay Area Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Care & Sales Representative who excels at customer communication and has a strong sales mindset. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at explaining services, and motivated to convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term customers. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence Schedule inspections and pest control services efficiently Educate customers on our services and clearly explain value and benefits Upsell and cross-sell applicable services when appropriate Assist customers and field technicians with scheduling, service questions, and order concerns Handle basic billing, payment, and report-related questions Maintain accurate customer and job records Support team goals related to booking rates, conversions, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling objections and closing appointments Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Professional phone presence and positive attitude Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred Why Join CalPro?
