Picture your day: you arrive at our McAlester, OK facility and begin a quick walk-through of critical equipment. You listen for changes in vibration, check logs, and prioritize the day’s work. A CNC cell flags an error—within minutes you’ve traced it through electrical and mechanical checks, reviewed a schematic, and restored uptime. Later, you partner with production to install a new machine, document the procedure, and share tips with teammates. By shift’s end, you’ve improved reliability, kept people safe, and captured clear maintenance records.

What You’ll Do

• Keep equipment running through preventive care and timely mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, then troubleshoot to root cause.
• Document maintenance activities and repair details with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers and production to boost reliability, performance, and throughput.
• Champion safety—follow regulations and company policies, and reinforce best practices.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and alignment of new machinery and equipment.
• Continuously grow by participating in training and upskilling programs.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable maintenance role.
• Solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and how they interact.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Sharp problem-solving, a meticulous eye for detail, and clear communication.
• Team-first approach with the flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays when needed.
