Therefore, we have the feel of a small business with the resources of a multinational company.About the RoleThis is a relationship-driven consulting role that blends business development, advisory work, and client management.You will:Build relationships with business owners and referral partners in the local communityMeet with prospective clients to understand their goals and identify opportunities to helpConvert qualified prospects into consulting clientsLead 1:1 consulting sessions using the Exit Factor frameworkHelp clients improve profitability, efficiency, systems, and business valueProvide accountability, strategic guidance, and access to additional resourcesPartner closely with office owners to deliver a strong client experienceWho Thrives in This RoleThis is not an entry-level position.
