This full-time contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference with a well-structured caseload and collaborative support—most notably, all evaluations are handled by a dedicated evaluator, allowing you to focus on delivering services tailored to each student’s needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Experience or enthusiasm for working in a school setting, especially with K-12 students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
• Adaptability in managing caseloads of approximately 85-90 students

Your Impact:

• Provide targeted speech and language therapy to K-12 students in both individual and small group settings
• Develop and implement personalized IEP goals in partnership with special education teams
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Partner with teachers and families to support student progress and address communication needs
• Focus exclusively on therapy and progress monitoring—no evaluation responsibilities, as a separate SLP conducts all assessments
