This is a unique opportunity to practice at a tertiary referral hub serving a four-state region of nearly 2 million patients, with strong demand and immediate case volume. You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a well-established program that continues to grow in complexity and reach. With only one fellowship-trained otologist currently covering the region, this role offers the chance to quickly build a robust, advanced subspecialty practice. Position Highlights Negotiable $550,000 salary + $100,000 sign-on bonus + stipend opportunities

General ENT call: 1 in 9-10 (primarily coverage only)

Hospital-employed model with excellent access to ORs and ambulatory surgery centers
