About this role:Reporting to the YouTube Production Manager, this position produces, shoots, edits, and delivers social-first video content that brings enterprise stories to life through engaging visual storytelling and creative execution. The role partners closely with Corporate Communications, Brand, and Marketing teams to develop compelling content that expands audience engagement across YouTube and social media platforms while supporting business priorities and the company's brand narrative. This individual delivers high-quality multimedia content, applies emerging production techniques, and optimizes storytelling effectiveness across digital channels. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can be based in Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN or St. Louis, MO.
