Come Grow With Us! Type: Part-Time (37.5 biweekly hours) Shift: Nights Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Pay: $60.78 per hour base rate, education, experience, and shift differentials apply. Coordinates a patient-focused team in providing direct and collaborative health care in a variety of clinical settings designed to promote and restore optimal health across the life span. Utilizes all components of the nursing process in providing care that reflects an understanding of individual, cultural, and religious diversities and needs, and recognition of patient rights. Utilizes knowledge and expertise in case management to provide comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to individuals and aggregate groups. Coordinates, integrates, and facilitates the patient/provider relationship along the continuum of care.
