Part Time Member Service Associate

Make a Difference as a Member Service Associate
As a Part Time Member Service Associate at the YMCA, you'll play a key role in ensuring our members are happy and engaged. By providing top-notch service and promoting all the awesome programs we offer, you'll help members make the most out of their Y experience. Your in-depth knowledge of membership options and branch details will be crucial in assisting members with any questions they may have. Would You Be a Great Member Service Associate?
To thrive as a Part Time Member Service Associate at the Y, you'll need to have excellent customer service skills and be a pro at engaging with others. Having a high school diploma or its equivalent is a must, and any previous experience in customer service would be a major plus. Familiarity with basic computer software and tools will also come in handy in this role.
