Main Responsibilities Review and manage POCs (485 and 486 Form) Oversight of HHA Care Plans Clinical follow-up and patient coordination Ensure clinical documentation meets current regulations Support agency readiness for audits and compliance reviews Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams Qualifications Active Florida RN License Home Health Agency experience (required) Medicare and Medicaid experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations and compliance Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
