Our onboarding and training program is unmatched in the industry. Your first 5 days with us will be an exciting, immersive experience. You'll hone a focused skillset, from mastering lead conversion techniques to delivering outstanding buyer/seller presentations and excelling in contract execution. Our goal? To get you showing homes and closing deals as swiftly as possible.

What we expect from our team members:

1. An enthusiasm for guiding sellers and buyers through residential real estate transactions
2. Expertise in drafting residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
3. Ability to conduct thorough property assessments to determine accurate property values
4. A commitment to being accessible and responsive to clients' needs
5. Consistency in keeping all systems and CRM platforms updated with data from our channel partners, including Zillow

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
