• Ensre semless referrl experience by commnicting clerly with ptients n provier offices.

• o otrech to specilist offices to etermine vilbility of ppointments slots for new ptients

• Mintin ccrte n timely ocmenttion in secre systems.

• Hnle protecte helth informtion (PHI) in complince with HIP n orgniztionl privcy stnrs.

• Persistently follow p with specilty offices, clerly commnicting timelines, esclting elys, n vocting for timely ptient cre.

Experience/Skills:

• Prior experience in helthcre specilty cre referrls, or ptient ccess

• Experience sbmitting prior thoriztions (preferre, not reqire)

• Comfort sing EMRs, CRM tools, or referrl pltforms; bility to work cross mltiple pltforms simltneosly

• Excellent verbl commniction n cstomer-service minset

• ble to ssist ptients who re in nee of cre n my not be fmilir with referrl nvigtion with compssion,

• Strong orgniztionl skills n ttention to etil

• Experience hnling PHI n mintining confientility
