Full Stack Developer

Overview A financial services organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team in Vienna, VA. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications that support enterprise systems, business operations, and modernization initiatives. Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom full stack applications Build end-to-end solutions that align with business initiatives and enterprise standards Support user acceptance testing, deployments, and production releases Analyze code, workflows, data, and system interfaces to improve functionality and efficiency Qualifications 10+ years of full stack development experience Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Extensive experience developing end-to-end custom software solutions Experience modernizing legacy applications into modern technology stacks Experience developing solutions with limited or no documentation Experience supporting enterprise applications across development, testing, and production environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Desired Skills Master\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience with mainframe systems Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
