Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85193
Employment Type: W2 Contract – 7 Months with Possibility for Extensions
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.09/hour – Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)
Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Work Model: Fully Onsite

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker to support our customer’s manufacturing operations in Casa Grande, AZ.

This position is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw and finished products in a regulated manufacturing environment. The Production Worker may also maintain manufacturing records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and perform duties within a cleanroom environment.

This is a hands-on production position requiring attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures while working a 12-hour day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products according to established procedures.
• Label products accurately and verify labeling for completeness and accuracy.
• Package raw and finished products according to manufacturing requirements.
• Perform visual inspections to identify product, labeling, or packaging issues.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing and production records as required.
• Complete documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions.
• Perform assigned duties within a cleanroom environment when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Follow applicable safety, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
• Identify and communicate product or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
• Perform repetitive production, inspection, labeling, and packaging activities throughout the shift.
• Complete assigned responsibilities under moderate supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work the full 6:00 AM–6:30 PM day shift.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection, labeling, and packaging tasks.
• Ability to maintain accurate production documentation.
• Ability to follow GMP, safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under moderate supervision.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or assembly experience.
• Experience inspecting, labeling, or packaging finished products.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment .
• Previous cleanroom experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and recordkeeping.
• Experience working extended production shifts.
