Location: Dayton, TN
Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay Rate: $1,200 to $1,570 Weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide patient-centered clinical support by assisting with patient care, examinations, treatments, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring an efficient and positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by measuring and recording vital signs, rooming patients, preparing patients for examinations and procedures, and assisting providers during patient visits.

• Administer medications, vaccines, including flu shots, perform biometric screenings, process patient phone calls, and educate patients regarding treatments and healthcare plans.

• Document patient information and visit notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) while communicating patient status to providers.

• Maintain medical supply inventory, stock exam rooms, provide clerical support, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN license.

• Experience administering flu shots and performing biometric screenings.

• Strong patient assessment, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and computer applications.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Less than two years of clinical experience preferred.
