Electro-Mechanical Production Assembler Why this role matters

Every precision build you complete supports customers in advanced manufacturing, medical devices, and aerospace. You’ll turn kits of fabricated parts, fasteners, and hardware into thoroughly tested, fully functional assemblies—accurately, repeatedly, and at scale.

• Follow defined assembly procedures to produce complex mechanical units.
• Verify form, fit, and function at the component, subassembly, and final product stages.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly layouts with confidence.
• Perform rapid fixture setups and efficient job changeovers to keep throughput high.
• Track build counts, scrap, and rework actions with precise documentation.
• Monitor and maintain inventories of critical parts in a high-volume setting.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative production team; communicate clearly.

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school completion.
• Strong shop math; skilled with a tape measure.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and fast, accurate assembly ability.
• Highly organized with reliable record-keeping habits.

Clean, fast-moving manufacturing shop with regular interaction across engineering, production, and office functions. Expect extended periods of sitting or standing and some lifting/movement throughout the shift.

• Openings available on Shift 1 and Shift 2.
• Starting pay for entry-level candidates: $18–$22 per hour.

• AS9100 Experience
• Blueprint Reading
