Temporary Complaint Intake Coordinator
AtriCure
AtriCure seeks a temporary coordinator to manage product returns, complaints, and surveillance activities. The role involves communicating with field personnel and customers regarding returned devices, processing complaints per quality procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Process return goods authorizations and track product returns from field personnel and distributors
- Initiate and document product complaints following company quality system procedures
- Monitor complaint investigations to ensure timely completion and resolution
- Maintain accurate records of returns and complaints in company systems
- Communicate status updates to field employees, distributors, and customers
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and written correspondence
- Experience with complaint handling and quality system procedures
- Proficiency with documentation and database systems
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Capability to manage multiple customer and distributor interactions
