Location: Pulaski, VA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and certifications required to provide exceptional respiratory care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy treatments and interventions.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and therapies.
- Documentation of patient care in the EMR system (Meditech).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
