Job Description

Job Summary:

Perform and analyze laboratory tests to assist in diagnosis and treatment, maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Work under minimal supervision, adhering to laboratory protocols and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document test results accurately and report findings to healthcare providers.
• Follow safety and quality control guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues.
• Maintain proper inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Current Medical Technologist (Med Tech) certification required.
• BLS certification completed and up-to-date.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to accurately perform and interpret complex tests.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
