Make a positive impact in the lives of children and adolescents by providing essential speech and language services in an engaging school environment. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to work with students from PreK through 12th grade over a four-day workweek, lending your expertise to support their success and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Washington SLP License required
• Experience working in educational or healthcare settings preferred
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech/language disorders
• Comfortable serving a wide range of pediatric populations, including students with varied needs
• Open to applicants holding the CCC, CFY, or SLPA credentials

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
• Assist in developing and implementing IEPs in accordance with district and state requirements
• Adapt interventions and communication strategies to meet each student’s unique needs
• Participate in student support or multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
