Elroy Air seeks a hands-on Head of IT to own security and IT across the company as we scale Chaparral into full production. This builder role is solo for now, shaping strategy and operating day-to-day, from network defenses to compliance with CMMC, NIST SP 800-53, and export controls. You will work with engineering, security, legal, and leadership to design, deploy, and run internal IT infrastructure, IAM, endpoints, and cloud resources, with on-site collaboration across offices and labs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
