Responsibilities

Opportunity Highlights

• Founding Electrophysiologist for a growing cardiovascular practice

• Immediate referral base from:

• 7 Cardiologists

• 3 Advanced Practice Providers

• Opportunity to develop and lead the practice's EP service line

• Significant influence over program development and future growth

• Ability to shape:

• Arrhythmia management services

• AFib programs

• Device management initiatives

• Future EP procedural offerings

• Dedicated support staff and administrative leadership committed to program growth

• Strong private practice culture with physician leadership

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation:$500,000 to $600,000

• Collections-based compensation model

Growth Platform

The practice is actively investing in future expansion, including:

• New PET-CT imaging technology

• Additional satellite clinic locations

• Planned Ambulatory Surgery Center

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

• Fellowship training in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

• Eligible for Indiana and Illinois medical licensure

• Interest in building and expanding a regional electrophysiology program

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help shape service line growth

• New graduates and experienced EP physicians encouraged to apply

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $500,000-$600,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
